good luck with the ride! someone posted this blog on the Ural facebook page and it looks like a great trip! i just found this today so is there a back story to your trip? how long are you going for? was your bike brand new or used ? have you ridden Urals across country before? sorry for all the questions, i have a 2007 grear up and was planning a cross country trip but i am not a motorcycle tech. while i have not had any problems with mine , there is somewhat a lack of dealers across the country as you know. most people have never even heard of these bikes let alone have parts for them or can work on them. anyway ride safe, looking forward to the report!
I think food is one of the biggest things im looking forward to on this trip! Also, the backstory to the trip is I've just got out of the navy and have a summer with nothing to do, my bike is a 2010, its the first and only bike ive owned, and no i've never driven across country on a bike before. :P
